Mashed Pork Filling and Pork Fat: 3:2

Turnips mung bean flour Medium-gluten wheat flour
Ingredients:Ground pork filling Pork fat Rice turnips Salt Dark soy sauce
Light soy sauce Rice wine Ginger and green onion, finely chopped Black pepper powder Sugar Vegetable oil Rice flour White sugar
Preparation process:
1. Mix the ground pork filling with pork fat in a 3:2 ratio; chop the pork fat finely if it was already chopped.
2. Add salt, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, rice wine, ginger and green onion, black pepper powder, white sugar, vegetable oil to marinate and mix thoroughly.3. Mix flour with yeast and warm water in a bread machine to knead the dough and let it rise until doubled in size; check if there are large air bubble holes inside by pulling the dough. 4. Peel the turnips, cut them into shorter fine strips or use a grater to make them into strands.
5. Blanch the turnip strips for about 5-6 minutes to remove their spiciness.6. Squeeze out excess water from blanched turnip strips using a cloth. 7. Completely squeeze out all moisture from the turnip strips.
8. Separate the turnip strips and mix them with marinated meat filling, adding more salt and vegetable oil as needed.

9. Mix thoroughly to prepare.
10. Knead the risen dough by hand several times to expel air bubbles until it is smooth on the surface.
11. Divide into equal parts and roll them into small round pieces.
12. Take a piece, flatten it with your hand, then use a rolling pin to make it round.

13. Fill with the prepared filling.
14. Seal the edges properly.
15. Let all filled buns rise for another half hour. Cook in cold water; once boiling, switch to medium heat and steam for 15 minutes.
16. Turn off the stove after steaming for an additional 5 minutes before removing them.

I paired it with
millet grits
porridge,bananas, and chilled cucumber salad as breakfast,
which is versatile, working well when served with porridge,
