Homemade Acid Soup Dumplings Recipe


Eat Dumplings What filling do you prefer, is it Chinese leekEgg,Chinese cabbagePork,mushroomchicken Actually I love them all, as a non-picky eater, all fillings are loved by me! With the weather turning cold recently, wanting to have a warm bowl of steaming dumplings, called some good friends and started making dumplings together. Delicious is never enough compared to dumplings, let this delicious bowl of dumplings warm your winter.
Ingredients Main ingredients: 200 grams pork,celery 150 grams, 50 grams large onion, 1 egg, appropriate amount of cornstarch, fresh ginger 1 piece, 3 cloves garlic, 1 spoon salt,pepper powder appropriate amount, cooking wine appropriate amount,miso appropriate amount, oyster sauce appropriate amount, 1 spoon sugar,monosodium glutamate appropriate amount,aged vinegar 3 spoons,chili powder 6 tablespoons.
Steps

1. Chop celery, large onion and remove skin from pork.

2. Put the vegetables into a food processor to chop them up.

3. Take out the chopped vegetables.

4. Place the cut pork in the food processor for chopping. Season with salt, pepper powder, cooking wine, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, egg and appropriate amount of cornstarch.

5. Mix well the seasoned pork and chopped vegetables. Made two kinds here; another flavor is mushroomand corn filling. 6. Take a dumpling wrapper,

and place an appropriate amount of meat filling inside, fold in half, then pinch with thumb and index finger to form the dumplings.7. As shown in picture 8.

Boil water, then add dumplings gently stirring to prevent sticking.

Water should be boiled three times adding three bowls of cold water each time. Repeat this process until the third time the water boils and the dumplings are cooked!9. In a bowl, mix salt, soy sauce, aged vinegar, monosodium glutamate, pepper powder to make the sour soup.

Then scoop out the boiled dumplings into the bowl with its broth and top with chopped green onion.

10. Add my homemade chili oil. Mix before eating; it's super delicious! Red Oil:
Chop garlic, add chili powder, pour hot oil, season with salt and soy sauce, aged vinegar.
