Homemade Red Sugar Soft European Bread Recipe

Even with central heating at home, there are still mornings when I lazily stay in bed.I often wake up after the alarm rings several times. To ensure I have breakfast ready, I occasionally make some snacks beforehand.
I haven't made bread for a long time.Recently, I baked a few red sugar flavored ones. The bread is very soft and has a nice chewy texture when eaten.
Ingredients Main ingredients: 40g of brown sugar,240g of high-gluten flour,60g of whole wheat flour, 160g of warm water,3g of yeast, 3g of salt, 30g of butter,a few raisins, a few slices of red dates,a few cranberries. Steps 1. Dissolve the brown sugar in warm water.2. Put the brown sugar solution, salt, high-gluten flour, whole wheat flour, yeast, etc., into the bread maker and start the kneading program.3. After the dough is smooth, add room-temperature softened butter and continue kneading until it reaches an extensible stage. 4. Let it rise at room temperature to twice its size, then add raisins, red date slices, cranberries that have been washed with warm water and patted dry with paper towels, mix well.5. Divide the dough into six equal parts and rest for 15 minutes. 6. Take one part and stretch it into an oval shape.
7. Roll from one end to the other, seal the edge downwards.

8. Repeat the above steps with the remaining dough.

9. Let it rise again to twice its size, then dust with a little flour on top.10. Bake in an already preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes until done. Tips

1. Adjust the amount of water according to the gluten absorption of the flour.

2. Flexibly adjust baking time and temperature based on your oven.
