Homeemade Recipe for Santa Claus Bread


Step into December, feeling Christmas is almost here. When I was young, the most anticipated part of Christmas was waiting for Santa Claus to deliver gifts; after having kids, I became Santa myself, secretly placing gifts under their bed and telling them that Santa would come at night to deliver presents.

1. Add water and condensed milk to the bread bucket.

8. Roll the smaller pieces to form shapes as shown in the diagram.

9. Cut these into long strips using scissors and extend them to make beard parts.

10. Place the beard part at one-fourth of the teardrop's tip, twist it ly, and arrange accordingly.

11. Fold the tip of the teardrop inward, take a small piece of dough to form into a long strip and place it on top, the hat shape is now visible.

12. Take another small ball of dough to make into a sphere for the hat peak.

Then craft tiny pieces for the nose and. Afterwards, put them in the Kenwood K30Aoven,select fermentation mode, place a bowl with hot water inside to increase humidity, ferment for 40 minutes. 13. After fermentation is complete, decorate the hat part with chopped cranberries and use blueberry dry fruits as eyes.

14. Place in a preheated oven on the lower shelf at upper heat 165°C and lower heat 170°C for 15 minutes.

15. After baking, dust sugar powder on the beard part.

Tips
1 Adjust water according to the flour's absorbency; make sure the dough is not too soft after kneading.
