Homemade stir-fried sea cucumber noodles method


Last year everyone was made to laugh by Song Xiaobao's sea cucumberstir-fried noodles to the point they couldn't take it, my neural pathway is long, and a year passed before I remembered making sea cucumber stir-fried noodles. Cynical, I changed what name? I used real sea cucumbers to make the stir-fried noodles.
Ingredients Main ingredients: alkali water noodles an appropriate amount, one sea cucumber,shrimp an appropriate amount, Chinese cabbage an appropriate amount, a little oil, one tablespoon of oyster sauce, a little salt, a little cooking wine
Steps

1. Slice the sea cucumber, using a sun-dried variety if preferred, which is more upscale.

2. Blanch it with shrimp together.

3. Drain and dry them.

4. Cook the alkali water noodles or use fresh noodles instead.

5. After cooking, rinse under cold water, then mix in some oil.

6. Cut Chinese cabbage and green onions into strips.

7. Mix oyster sauce, cooking wine, and salt to make a seasoning sauce.

8. Heat the pan with oil, stir-fry shrimp and sea cucumber together until fragrant.

9. Add Chinese cabbage and green onions, stir-fry until half-cooked.

10. Put in the noodles and pour in the seasoning sauce to mix thoroughly before serving.
Tip: You can also add some horseradish for extra flavor, ha ha.
