Homemade Chestnut Cream Roll Cake Method

ChestnutsEgg Cake Have always been my favorite delicacy! Prepared the chestnut puree in advance, as specified in previous Recipes which contain detailed instructions! The finished product is too delicious! Both parents praised it when they tried it! Homemade with generous portions and no additives, allowing one to savor the rich chestnut flavor, is truly different!!
Ingredients Main ingredients:4 eggs, 30g corn oil,35g milk, 70g low-gluten flour,50g fine sugar, 200g homemade chestnut puree,220g animal-based whipped cream,20g powdered sugar, Blueberries As needed.Steps 1.Separate the egg yolks and whites. 2. Mix the egg yolks, milk, and corn oil.
3. Sift in the low-gluten flour and mix well, but avoid over-mixing to prevent the batter from becoming too tough.

4. Add sugar gradually to the egg whites and whip them until they form soft peaks.5. Continue whipping until almost stiff peaks are formed. 6. Gently fold a portion of the whipped egg whites into the yolk mixture.

7. Transfer this mix back to the remaining egg white bowl and gently fold to combine.

8. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the batter evenly on it.

9.

Preheat the oven to 175°C, bake in the middle rack for about 20 minutes.

10. Remove from the oven after baking, place another piece of parchment paper over the cake, carefully peel off the bottom layer, and set aside.

11. Whip 150g animal-based whipped cream with 15g powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.

12. Add in 150g homemade chestnut puree and continue whipping.

13. Continue whipping until the cream and chestnut puree are well combined.14. Spread this mixture evenly over the cake. 15. Roll up the cake carefully.

16. Combine 50g whipped cream with 5g powdered sugar and 70g chestnut puree, whip until well combined.

17. Pipe this mixture onto the cake using a piping bag or a small cutout tip if you don't have a braid tip.

18. Follow with blueberries for decoration. A thin layer of banana leaves would enhance its appearance!

19. Add blueberries for garnish, and use banana leaves for additional aesthetics if desired!

Small tips: Decorative materials can be chosen according to personal preference; the dish is still beautiful without any decorations!

Gently lift up the cake roll. Continue to mix 50g cream + 5g sugar powder + 70g chestnut puree evenly with this.

Load it into a piping bag; since I didn't have a Montecarlo tip, I cut a small hole directly.

Squeeze it bit by bit back and forth onto the cake.

Finally, top it off with some blueberries for decoration. Using a thin

lotus leaf for decoration will make it look even better! Tip: You can use whatever decorations you like; leaving it undecorated is also very nice!
Tip: You can decorate with whatever you like~~it looks great even without decoration!
