Homemade Shrimp and Spinach Dumplings Recipe


There was no noodle maker before.No noodles. Making a pot of dumplings always took me a long time because I wasn't good at rolling dumpling wrappers. Now with the noodle maker, making dumplings has become much easier, especially when paired with homemade chili sauce. Compared to store-bought, it's simply perfect!
Ingredients: Main ingredients:Wheatflour 600g, shrimp 350g,pork leg meat 400g, small green vegetables 200g, water 230ml, salt 3 teaspoons, cooking wine as needed,ginger 3 pieces, small onions 3 stalks Steps: 1. Put the flour and water into the noodle maker and start the kneading function. After kneading is complete, let it rest for over half an hour.
2. Wash the shrimp.

3. Peel the shrimp to get the meat.

4. Clean the pork leg meat and chop it into meat mince.

5. Add salt, cooking wine, and a few small onions. Add a little water and mix well.6. Add the shrimp meat and continue mixing until combined. 7. Wash the green vegetables and blanch them in boiling water. Cut the cooked vegetables finely.

8. Add the finely cut green vegetables to the mixed meat mince.

9. Mix everything well, and the dumpling filling is ready.

Add the shrimp and continue to stir evenly.

10. After resting for half an hour, turn on the noodle maker's automatic sheeting function.

Dumpling wrappers are produced.

11. Use a mold to press out the dumpling wrappers.

14. As shown in the picture, seal the dumplings properly.

15. Boil the water, add the dumplings, and cook them until they float to the surface and are puffed up; then remove them from the pot.

When eating, you can pair them with
