Homemade Butter Yolk Pastry Recipe


Since I started baking cookies, rarely buy them anymore. Trying out various recipes for cookies, I found that the ones with oil taste better. Especially those cookies with butter, their rich buttery aroma is very tempting. This cookie resembles Margherita cookies, but it adds a raw yolk,making them less likely to break into pieces when handled carefully. Unlike the Margherita cookies that crumble easily at the slightest touch,
these are still crisp and satisfying without breaking apart everywhere. Ingredients flour Steps 1. Take the butter out of the refrigerator; 20g
2. Add in the flour;

3. As the butter slowly thaws, mix it with the flour by rubbing them together;

4. Finally, rub until a coarse powder texture forms;

5. Mash the cooked yolk and add the raw yolk;

6. Add in the sugar;

7. Mix well;

8. Pour into the mixture from step 4;

9. Lightly mix;

10. Transfer to a plastic bag;

11. Shape into a long strip and refrigerate for 2 hours;

12. Remove and cut into segments;

13. Place the small pieces of dough in molds, pressing them into shape;

14. Heart-shaped cookie dough;

15. Round mold;

16. All done.

Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake for 15 minutes.

Let it cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
