200 grams,Rice Flour 200 grams, white radish 1 piece,Sausage 3 pieces, shrimp floss 20 grams, Celery 3 pieces, red onions 6 pieces, oil as needed, salt 4 grams, chicken powder a little, five-spice powder a little, oyster sauce 1 tablespoon Steps 1. Clean and cut sausage into grains, rinse shrimp floss and drain. 2.White radish peel and julienne.
3. Rinse celery and chop finely.

4. Remove outer skin from red onions and cut into small pieces.

Small Tips:

The pancakes are thicker; blanching the ingredients first before mixing them into the flour can reduce frying time. Ingredients can be freely combined, and the flour can be replaced by wheat flour, but wheat flour has a harder texture compared to sticky rice flour which is softer and chewier.

Plug in the electric pan, apply a layer of cooking oil, arrange the prepared rice cakes neatly, cover and fry until both sides are golden brown (about 3 minutes).
