Homemade Pineapple and Raisin Toast Recipe


Colleagues bought a bread similar to toast at a bakery.The bread was like toast, filled with red beans, and had a crispy pastry shell.Everyone said it tasted good, so I said I could make it. Prepare the ingredients (originally wanted to make cranberry-dried fruit, but forgot to soak them, so used raisins instead).

10. Roll the dough from top to bottom, sealing the bottom end tightly.

11. Place the rolled dough flat into a loaf pan, cover with the lid for the second fermentation.

12. Let it rise until six-tenths full.

13. Take out the prepared pastry crust and lay it on top of the dough.
