Bread and pancake are similar, easy to shape into various forms, and the process of shaping is like playing with clay, enjoyable in itself.
Ingredients Main ingredients:High-gluten flour 250g, low-gluten flour 70g, salt 6g,sugar 15g, yeast 3.5g,milk 200g,powdered milk 25g,

Steps

1. Mix all ingredients except butter and creme brûlée sauce to form a slightly smooth dough, then add in the butter and continue kneading until you achieve an ideal gluten window, typically 30 minutes if using a bread machine or as long as it takes for your hand-kneaded dough.

2. Let rise in a warm and humid environment for one hour.

3. After rising, roll out the dough into a rectangular sheet.Noodles are cut into 1.5cm wide strips.

4. Arrange these strips to weave them into a net-like pattern.

5. Once woven,

strips are woven together.

6. Press the shapes out using a mold.Oven preheat at 180/150 degrees Celsius, and bake for about 20 minutes.
