Homemade Hawthorn Juice Mousse Recipe


I haven't made mousse for a long time.Egg Rice cake, recently I just took some time to try it out.

Steps

1. Soak the gelatin sheets for an hour.

7. Mix well.

11. Pour mousse liquid into it.

12. Then cover with cake slices.

13. Add the other half of the mousse liquid, then refrigerate.

14. 70g hawthorn juice

18. Add the mixed hawthorn juice and gelatin liquid.

19. Level it off.

20. Refrigerate for a night.
