Homemade Fresh Meat and Carrot Dumplings Recipe


Dumplings are delicious, and those made by oneself are even more so.
Ingredients Main Ingredients:500g flour 200g fresh meat 150g carrot 20g old soy sauce Adequate peanut oil Adequate salt Adequate chopped ginger A little A few cilantro leaves Some green vegetables A little black pepper powder A little.
Steps

1. Mix flour and water to form a dough, let it rest for 15 minutes.

2. Chop the fresh meat into mince and mix in chopped ginger.

3. Add old soy sauce, salt,bouillon powder, stir well, then add chopped scallions,carrot mixture, then finally mix in peanut oil to blend evenly,the dumpling filling is ready. 4. Let the rested dough rest for 15 minutes.

5. Place on a board and flatten the dough.

6. Use a rolling pin to roll out the dough into sheets.

7. Cut the sheet into wide strips.

8. Further cut the strips into trapezoids,the dumpling wrappers are done.

9. Take one wrapper and place filling on it.

Tip: The dough for the wrappers should be harder; they must be thin to taste good. Add water gradually when mixing the dough to prevent it from becoming too soft.
