Homemade Fresh Shrimp and Chicken Broth Dumplings Recipe

Fresh, tender, and fragrant - Fresh Shrimp Chicken Broth Wontons
Ingredients:Pork 150 grams, shrimp 300 grams, green onion 20 grams,ginger 10 grams,soy sauce 20 milliliters,pepper powder 1 gram, salt 3 grams,olive oil 15 ml, sesame oil 3 ml,wonton wrappers about 100 sheets.
Seasoning: a bowl of chicken broth,coriander, scallions,seaweed a little bit.

Steps for making Fresh Shrimp Chicken Broth Wontons:
1. Mix 150 grams of pork mince with 20 milliliters of soy sauce.

2. Clean the shrimp, remove the shell, and cut into small pieces.

3. Finely chop the green onion and ginger.

4. Combine the prepared shrimp meat and pork mince, mix well to blend.
5. Add chopped green onions and ginger, mix thoroughly.

6. Add pepper powder and salt, mix evenly.

7. Finally, add olive oil and sesame oil, mix until well combined; the filling is ready.
8. Take one wonton wrapper, place an appropriate amount of filling on it, roll from the bottom edge.

9. Dampen one end with water, then fold both ends inward and press together to seal, forming a single wonton. Repeat until all are wrapped, placing them on a colander.

10. Put some coriander and scallions, and seaweed in the bowl.
11. In a soup pot, add an appropriate amount of chicken broth, bring to a boil, then pour into the bowl; the soup is ready.

12. In another pot, bring water to a boil, add the wontons, and when they come to a boil again, stir in water twice more. The wontons are done once the water boils for the second time. Remove them from the heat.

13. Add the boiled wontons to the soup bowl; a warm broth wonton dish opens your taste buds.

Tips for making Fresh Shrimp Chicken Broth Wontons:
1. Keep some shrimp meat chunks for better texture and taste.

2. Use a little water on the wrapper when sealing to ensure it sticks well.
3. You can also skip adding water during cooking; once the wrapper turns pink and transparent, the wontons are done.
