Homemade Dried Mushroom and Pork Soup Dumplings Method


Recently, the weather has turned cold.Have a bowl of warm wontons! Southern people call them cloud ears, but we call them wontons. They are pretty much the same thing.
Add whatever vegetables you like, the preparation is simple and the taste is fresh!
Ingredients Main Ingredients
Pork 150g,Mushrooms 3 pieces,Radish half a root,Flour 600g,Kelp 10g,Cilantro 1 stalk,Soy Sauce 5ml, Sesame Oil 10ml, Salt 5g, Half a teaspoon of sugar,Ginger 3 slices, Scallion Rice Fragrance Preserved Seafood,MSG as needed
Steps

1. Mix flour with water to form a slightly harder dough than for dumplings and let it rest for half a day.2. Chop mushrooms and radish, sprinkle a little salt, and squeeze out the water. 3. Finely chop scallions and ginger.

4. Cut pork into mince and mix with soy sauce, sesame oil, rice wine, salt, rice fragrance, ginger, and a bit of sugar for flavor, mixing well.5. Add mushrooms and radish, then add chopped scallions. 6. Let the dough rest, roll it thinly, and cut into squares.

7. Take a piece of dough, stuff with filling, fold corners diagonally towards each other, and press firmly.

8. Fold the sides back to the center and seal well.9. Roll some plant oil in a pan, then add scallions to sauté. 10. Add water, bring to a boil.

11. Put in wontons, kelp, soy sauce, salt, MSG, preserved seafood, and seasonings.

12. Delicious steamed pork-filled wontons are ready!

Tip: You can buy pre-made dough skins if you want.

If making yourself, make sure to prepare the dough ahead of time so it is rested before use. Wrap all the dumplings well.

9. Heat oil in a pot, and sauté the scallions.

10. Add water and bring to a boil.

11. Place the dumplings, nori, soy sauce, salt, monosodium glutamate, and seaweed into the pot for seasoning.

12. The fragrant large dumplings are ready to be served.
Tip: You can buy pre-made wrappers if you prefer. If making them yourself, make sure to prepare the dough in advance and let it rest properly before use.
