Egg custard Tofu Shrimp

This is a delicious dish with fresh flavors.Fresh tofu, specifically thickened with calcium sulfate, and egg custard, both very tender in texture. Paired with large shrimp, it looks beautiful and is rich in nutrition. Worth trying.

Main ingredients: Large shrimp, thickened tofu, egg custard, sausage

Seasonings: Oyster sauce Soy sauce, cooking wine, salt,MSG, water starch

Steps:

1. Remove the shrimp's whiskers and claws, then remove the sand line.

2. Marinate with salt and cooking wine for 10 minutes.

3. Take out the thickened tofu and cut it in half.

4. Press into a flower shape using a mold.

5. Place on a plate and set aside.

6. Cut sausage into round slices.7. Place on top of the thickened tofu on the plate.

8. Slice the egg custard.9. Place the sliced egg custard on the sausages on the plate.

10. Add another slice of sausage, then decorate with goji berries.

11. Place a marinated large shrimp in the dish.

12. Steam over boiling water for 5 minutes.Steam for 5 minutes.

13. The finished product appearance.

14. Cook: Add broth to a pot and bring to a boil, then season with oyster sauce, soy sauce, salt, MSG.

15. Thicken with water starch until the sauce thickens, then turn off the heat.

16. Pour the cooked sauce over the dish.

17. Serve one portion per person.

Tips:

1. If there is no fresh broth, plain water can be used instead.

2. Do not steam for too long; 5 minutes is sufficient.
