Homemade Fresh Meat Soup Dumplings Recipe

When I was young, I loved going to the roadside stalls.A couple of dollars would buy me a bowl of fragrant and delicious wonton soup,with its chewy pork and shrimp. And I grew up to love large wontons with meat filling, which are generous in size, flavorful, and easy to make. This large wonton recipe is simple yet worth trying due to its careful selection of ingredients. Main ingredients:pork filling,

wonton wrappers , an egg,green onions, ginger,eggs, salt, sugar,MSG, soy sauce,and chili oil. Steps:1. Prepare the ingredients and have them ready. 2. Make ginger-green onion water: cut the green onions into segments and the ginger into slices; use a knife to make several cuts in each segment to release more flavor.3. Beat an egg into the meat filling, then gradually add the ginger-green onion water, stirring with a chopstick in a clockwise direction after each addition, until the mixture is neither too thin nor too thick;

add salt, sugar, and MSG for seasoning.

4. Once the filling is ready, you can start making wontons; I won't go into details here, but ask your mom or search online if you need help.5. Dust a thin layer of flour on the cutting board to prevent the wontons from sticking together, then make them with vigor, seeing which will finish first: the wrapper or the filling;

if you have extra wontons that won't be eaten soon, freeze them in an even layer and then bag them.

6. Pour boiling water into a large bowl and add soy sauce, salt, sugar, MSG (in descending order of quantity),

to make the soup base.7. Bring a large pot of water to a boil, drop in the raw wontons, then add cold water twice until they are cooked,

then remove them and serve with your choice of chili oil, pepper, or chopped green onions on top.

And there you have it, a perfect bowl of wonton soup!Cooking tip: When making the ginger-green onion water, first steep it in hot water, then immerse your hands to rub it and release more flavor. so the wontons won't stick together,

"Pack with force, see whose part runs out first - skin or filling";If there are too many to eat, you can flatten them and store in the freezer; once frozen solid, bag them up.

"8. Use a large bowl, add dark soy sauce, salt, sugar, monosodium glutamate (in descending order), then pour in boiling water for a lazy wonton broth."

"9. In a large pot of boiling water, add raw wontons; after the water comes to a boil again, add cold water twice more until boiling; once done, transfer them out and serve in the soup with optional chili oil, pepper, or chopped green onions according to taste.""And there you have it - a bowl of wontons!"

"Cooking tip: When making ginger and garlic water, first steep them in hot water, then when it's not too hot, stir them to release the flavors."
