Son attends evening study sessions and doesn't get home until 10 PM, so I made his favorite meat pie.It is made with fermented dough which is easy to digest. Main ingredients include pork and flour.
Mince the fresh pork. Chop the green onions finely.
Mix all the ingredients together thoroughly. Combine the yeast powder with warm water and mix into a smooth dough, then let it ferment for 2 hours in a warm place.Knead the dough evenly and let it rest for 10 minutes. Divide the dough into equal portions.
Roll out each portion to form thin sheets.

Place meat filling on each sheet, fold them, and seal the edges tightly.

Let them rest again briefly.

Heat oil in a pan over low heat.

Add the meat pies.

Cook on both sides until the meat is cooked through, then remove from the pan.

It smells delicious.

Tip: Cook at low heat to avoid burning.

Re-ferment for a while.
