Home-style Korean Stir-Fried Noodles Method


Recently, I have been eating noodles every day, but the flavors are different each time.
Ingredients Main ingredients
Japanese style Noodles One package, appropriate amount of oil and salt Onion 50g, two large shrimp, one spoon of Korean chili sauce Chili pepper one piece,Dark soy sauce two spoons, oyster sauce one spoon, spicy Bok choy appropriate amount
Steps

1. Prepare the onion and chili pepper, dilute the chili sauce with water

2. Cook the noodles until done, then remove them from the pot and set aside in a bowl

3. Heat some oil in a wok, add shrimp onion and red bell pepper stir-fry

4. Add the spicy cabbage

5. For convenience, I moved the vegetables to one side and added another egg

6. Pour the Korean chili sauce in a corner of the vegetables, stir-fry evenly and then pour over the noodles.

7. Mix well and enjoy the deliciousness.
