Homemade recipe for scallion fragrant milk egg pancakes

Tips

1. Adjust the batter ratio according to circumstances as different brands of flour have varying water absorption, and so do different brands of milk and eggs; too thick batter is hard to flow, while too thin batter cooks too fast without forming properly.
2. Do not use too much oil in the pan, just a thin layer will suffice; if using high heat, it can make the pancake shape before it spreads out.
A non-stick pan would be easier for this process.
