Homemade Candy Filled Bread Recipe

"Candy-filled bread"

The first time I saw this candy mold, I found it very cute; since it's a candy shape, there should be some filling in the middle to reflect its essence as a candy. Because I saw someone make yogurtegg liquid cake with it, not wanting it to become ordinary, baked bread.

Tips

1. Although it's a single fermentation method, because yogurt was added, the bread is also very soft.

2. This recipe uses just enough dough to fill the candy mold; if using 250g of high flour, the dough will overflow and not fit in the mold.
