Homemade Candy Filled Bread Recipe


The first time I saw this candy mold, I found it very cute; since it's a candy shape, there should be some filling in the middle to reflect its essence as a candy. Because I saw someone make yogurtegg liquid cake with it, not wanting it to become ordinary,baked bread.
Ingredients Main Ingredients
Yogurt 70g, egg liquid 25g, sugar 10g, high flour 150g, salt 1g, dry yeast 2g,butter 10g, creme patissière filling 30g, QQ jelly 20g,
Steps

1. Pour the yogurt and egg liquid into the mixer bowl.

2. Add sugar and salt.

3. Add flour on top, placing the dry yeast on the flour.

4. Knead the dough into a ball, then add butter and knead until the dough is smooth.

5. Divide the dough into three parts: two small pieces each weighing 70g, and one large piece weighing 170g; let it rest for 15 minutes. Roll out the larger piece of dough and cut a portion of the creme patissière filling in the middle. Arrange QQ jelly on both sides, then seal the dough.

6. Place the filled dough in the center of the candy mold, and place the small pieces around it.

7.oven Preheat an oven tray with a bowl of hot water inside; let the dough rise for 40 minutes until its volume increases. Brush the surface of the bread with egg liquid before baking at 170 degrees for 25 minutes.

8. The finished product is quite perfect.
Tips
1. Although it's a single fermentation method, because yogurt was added, the bread is also very soft.
2. This recipe uses just enough dough to fill the candy mold; if using 250g of high flour, the dough will overflow and not fit in the mold.
