1. Prepare all ingredients.
2. Let the pie crust thaw and shape it by hand, placing it on a baking tray.

3. Pour light cream into a bowl,

milk , sugar, milk cream, and heat over low flame while stirring until the sugar dissolves; do not boil. Remove from heat once the sugar is fully melted and let cool to a temperature that's not too hot to handle. 4. Once cooled, add egg yolks and low-gluten flour, stir thoroughly with an electric mixer until smooth without any lumps.

5. Strain the mixture twice through a sieve.

6. Ensure the strained mixture is smooth and free of bubbles.

7. Open the canned peaches and place one or two pieces in each pie crust.

8. Pour the strained mixture into the pie crusts, filling them about 7-80% full to avoid overflow during baking.

9. Place

muffin pan into a preheated oven at middle shelf, set to upper and lower heating at 210°C for about 25 minutes. 10. Remove from oven once done and let it cool down.
