Homemade Fried Doughnuts Recipe

Fried donuts are delicious and easy to make small sweets, extremely simple, requiring only a pot and oil at home. You can sprinkle powdered sugar or chocolate

Ingredients:120 grams of high-gluten flour, 100 grams of milk,1 gram of salt, 10 grams of white sugar, 1 gram of egg,

3 grams of dry yeast, 2 grams of baking powder, enough powdered sugar and cooking oil.

Steps:

1. Sprinkle the dry yeast into the milk and stir evenly. Place it in a warm place to activate the yeast.

2. Sift the high-gluten flour into the mixing bowl, add the baking powder, white sugar, salt, and egg, then pour in the milk and knead into a smooth dough. Cover with cling film and let it rise in a warm place.

3. When the dough has expanded to about twice its size and does not immediately collapse when pierced by a finger, it is ready for fermentation. Take out the dough, knead evenly, then roll it into a thickness of about 0.8 centimeters.

4. Use hollow molds to stamp circles in the dough, remove the center part to make donut dough pieces, and let them rest under cling film for 15 minutes.

5. Heat the oil in a pot until it reaches seven or eight tenths of its temperature. Reduce the heat to low. Gently shape the dough balls and fry them, about 30 seconds on each side until golden brown. Remove from the oil and drain.

Key Points:

When frying donuts, always observe the color changes; overcooking will result in failure.

Additional Note:

If you prefer chocolate-flavored donuts, melt the chocolate by steaming it and dip the surface of the donuts into the chocolate. Allow the chocolate to cool and harden before serving.
