Homemade Cheese and Onion Focaccia Bread Recipe

Today I made a circular version.Onion.Cheese.Bread. Actually, it's quite similar to a pizza,in both taste and texture. Using the simplest ingredients - cheese and onion. The flavor is very good, quite delicious.

Ingredients:High-gluten flour and onion, salt, olive oil, dry yeast, water, Italian mixed spices.Cheese Onion Focaccia Bread recipe 1. Mix all ingredients until the dough surface is smooth and elastic.
2. Ferment at room temperature (30℃) for 50 minutes.
2. Divide into portions of 200 grams each.

4. Rest for 20 minutes.

5. Roll out into a circular shape.

6. Place on baking tray.

7. Top with cheese shreds.8. Add onion rings. Bake in oven at upper heat 210℃ and lower heat 200℃ for 15 minutes,

then sprinkle with Italian mixed spices upon removal.
