Homemade Pork Baozi Recipe


Yao Yao loves meat.Baozi, but the meat inside store-bought baozi is not reassuring; making them at home ensures peace of mind!
Ingredients Main ingredients
Flour 300g, water 150g, yeast 3g,Mince pork 250g, savory sauce Soy sauce as needed, salt as needed,Ginger as needed, cooking wine as needed, clear broth as needed
Steps

1. Mix the minced pork with ginger, cooking wine, and salt.

2. Add the savory sauce and mix well (can be done in one step).

3. Place the mixture in a bowl and gradually add clear broth to fully incorporate it into the meat filling.

4. Mix flour with water and yeast to make dough, let it rise until doubled in size, then knead out air and shape into a long strip.

5. Cut the dough into small pieces.

6. Roll each piece into a thick center and thin edges baozi wrapper.

7. Add an appropriate amount of meat filling.

8. Fold and seal the baozi.

9. Place in Steam pot, let them rest again. 10. Once the volume has increased, start steaming over high heat for 15 minutes.
