Homemade Cocoa Cookie Recipe

Since learning to make cookies myself, cookies have never been bought from stores at home. However, there's no time to eat them on regular days; they are consumed quickly only on Sundays, except for those that the child doesn't like. The favorite kind is cookie cutters. If holidays come around, it's hard to keep up with the demand. So, I bought two packets of ready-made cookies as well, which I used to buy frequently because my child loves them very much. This time, though, they were bought just for checking out the ingredients and learning how to make them myself. The ingredient list didn't include butterbut rather plant oil, with numerous food additives. It's better to make them by ourselves, adding some cocoa powder for a change in appearance. Many recipes call for whipping the butter with an electric mixer, but I find it too troublesome and hard to clean. So, I use a hand mixer until the mixture slightly puffs up; this is enough for me as long as you prefer a more whipped texture. The main ingredients areflour 170g, softened butter 130g, egg
