Homemade Braised Spare Ribs and Yard Long Beans Pasta Sauce Method

Stewed noodles. It is a home-cooked delicacy that my family often makes, and I miss it whenever I don't eat it for a while. There is both vegetable and noodle in the dish; when cooked in one pot, the vegetables carry the aroma of the noodles, and the noodles are full of flavor. Not only is it convenient to make, but it is also easy to eat, with the added benefit of being delicious. In previous times, I had to knead the dough myself and roll out the noodles, requiring the dough to be sufficiently hard; soft dough would not do. Each time we made this dish, the dough was particularly hard because we were not strong but to avoid sticking to our hands. Nowadays, pre-cut noodles are readily available and taste great too.
