Scotch egg is made by coating meatballs in breadcrumbs and boiling them.

Steps to Make Scotch Eggs:
1. Two Eggs Boil until fully cooked.

2. Peel the eggs and set aside.

3. Mix minced pork with salt, oyster sauce, a little soy sauce, crushed black pepper, and set aside.

4. Lay down half of the meat mixture on a piece of plastic wrap.

5. Roll an egg in flour.

6. Place the floured egg on top of the meat mixture.

7. Lift up the plastic wrap.

8. Gradually enclose the egg with the meat mixture, using the plastic wrap to help.(It's easy to do by lifting the plastic wrap.)

9. Continue until the entire egg is enclosed in the meat mixture. This is where the plastic wrap comes into play; it ensures an even and non-sticky wrapping around the egg.

10. Use three small bowls containing flour, beaten egg liquid, and bread crumbs respectively.

11. First, coat the egg with a layer of flour.

12. Then dip in the beaten egg liquid.

13. Finally, coat it in breadcrumbs.

14.Preheat oven to 210°C, bake for about 50 minutes on middle rack. Adjust temperature and time according to your oven.(Original recipe was at 200°C for 35 minutes.15. The finished product looks like this.)
