This is a small cabbagemushroompork filling dumpling. 1. Prepare ingredients.

2. Wash half a root of carrot and cut it into thin strips, then blanch in boiling water, drain the water after cooking.

3. Bok choy and carrots should also be blanched in boiling water before draining.

4. Use a juicer to make juice from carrots and bok choy, adding a little water during the process.(Add a small amount of water when making juice)

5. Put the pork into a stainless steel bowl, add chopped onions, five-spice powder, and avocado oil, mix evenly.

6. Mix the filling well.

7. Add shredded Chinese cabbage to the mixture.

8. Season with salt.

9. Fully mix the filling.

10. Take a green dough ball, roll it into a long strip.

11. Cut the strip into several small pieces.

12. Use one of the small pieces to make a wrapper and stuff with filling, shape like a pouch.

13. Divide white dough evenly into small portions.

14. Repeat for carrot dough by putting in stuffing and shaping as a treasure chest.

15. Shape white dough with stuffing like dumplings.

16. Once shaped, arrange them on a plate and freeze.

17. Place the frozen dumplings in a sealed bag and put back into the freezer for storage.(Frozen dumplings are very convenient to cook whenever you want)

18. Leave some dumplings fresh for immediate consumption by the baby.

19. Boil half a pot of water, add dumplings until boiling, then add one spoonful of cold water three times, and once all the dumplings float up, they are ready to be served.

20. Serve on a plate.

21. Enjoy immediately.
Tips
Place frozen dumplings in a sealed bag and store them back into the freezer for future use.(Frozen dumplings can be cooked at any time, very convenient)
