Homestyle Method for Making Buckwheat Wraps

Buckwheat noodles. have much higher nutritional value and health benefits compared to rice and other cereal crops. If you mix buckwheat flour to make thin pancakes, then wrap them with several fresh vegetables, it will be a delectable treat. Today, I am sharing a very health-conscious recipe for buckwheat rolls.

Ingredients: half a bowl of buckwheat flour,3 tablespoons of wheat flour, 3 tablespoons of wheat starch,1 egg white, 1 bowl of water. For the filling: 3 fresh
mushrooms , 1 small ham sausage, 1 cucumber,1 celery stalk. The method for making health-conscious buckwheat rolls 1. Mix the three different flours in a bowl, add egg white and water, stir to form a thin batter, then strain it with a sieve. 2. Wash fresh mushrooms, cucumber, and celery clean. Cut mushrooms into strips and place them in a dish; peel ham sausage, cut into strips, and similarly slice cucumbers and celery (you can add some
bean sprouts
if you like).

3. Heat an uncoated pan over medium heat. Using a soup spoon, pour about half a spoonful of the prepared batter onto the pan and spread it evenly. Fry until the top changes color and bubbles appear; then flip the pancake with your hand, fry for a few seconds more before removing it to a breathable sieve.4. In another pot, add half a pot of water and bring it to a boil. Add bean sprouts and blanch them for 2 minutes; remove and follow the same procedure with celery strips. 5. Cook fresh mushrooms in a pan with salad oil until they are cooked through, then transfer to a small bowl.
6. Take one of the fried buckwheat pancakes, place it on a dry cutting board, spread some cucumber strips, bean sprouts, ham sausage strips, and cooked mushroom strips onto its edge; wrap them into a roll with the pancake.

7. Once all is done, cut the buckwheat rolls into small segments and arrange them in a dish.
8. Prepare a dipping sauce according to your taste. A feast that tantalizes the eye.

9. Not

sushi, but surpassing it.

Characteristics: not rice vinegar sushi, yet better than sushi.
