Let's call this a Soft Pancake. During the time I made these, I was quite fond of big cookies, creating various flavors, with previous ones being softer yet slightly chewy and thinner. For this recipe, I decided to make them thicker and more flaky, better suited for bananachocolate flavors.

Place butter and salt sugar in a bowl.

I used soft brown sugar here, light brown sugar is also known as soft light brown sugar.

It has a slightly

mushy

texture with a wet feel.Sugar like that.

2. Use very ripe bananas for this recipe; they should be sweet. Peel and mash the bananas and set aside.

3. Mix butter and salt sugar until melted, then mix well.

I heated them in a microwave for several seconds,milk but water bath heating is also fine.

To achieve the desired texture, I didn't whip the butter here; you can also whip it if it's at room temperature.

4. Add mashed bananas to the butter mixture and stir until well combined.

5. Sift all the dry ingredients into the bowl with banana batter, add muesli flakes and mix thoroughly.

6. The mixture will be quite soft after this step.

7. Fold in chopped milk chocolate and dark chocolate chunks.

8. After mixing everything well, refrigerate for 24 hours. Take out of the refrigerator before baking; divide into 10 portions and form into balls.

Refrigeration makes the butter firmer and helps muesli absorb moisture, making it easier to shape into balls.

If you prefer a wet batter, use a spoon to place the mixture on a baking tray.
