How to Make Scallion Meat Loaf Cake Roll

1. Prepare all ingredients.Egg whitesEgg yolks are separately placed in two oil-free, water-free bowls.

2. Wash the green part of the scallions and chop them into scallion flowers.

9. Pour the batter into the mold, level it out and tap to remove large bubbles.

10. Sprinkle scallion flowers and mutton fluff evenly on top.

11. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for about 20 minutes until golden.

12. Remove the cake from the oven, shake out any steam, let it cool slightly before handling.Place the scallion side down on your hands to roll. 13. Spread salad sauceon one side of the cake roll.

14. Roll by hand tightly. Trim the uneven edges and cut into three pieces.15. Apply a little more salad sauce

to both sides of the cake roll.
