Homemade Corn Bacon Heart-shaped Sponge Cake Method

So sometimes changing the mold means changing your mood.This time, I will use my friend's cooking method to make a long-awaited cheesecake.Compared with common sweet cheesecakes, isn't it very special? Prepare ingredients:2 eggs, 2 slices of bacon,30g corn kernels, 10g mayonnaise,13g sugar (for egg yolks),30g sugar (for egg whites), 2g salt,

20g water,

20g vegetable oil,

33g low-gluten flour.

Process:

1 Separate the eggs, put the yolks and whites into separate containers that are both water- and oil-free.

2 Mix the yolk with sugar until the sugar dissolves.

3 Add the water and vegetable oil to the egg mixture, stir until fully combined.

4 Sift in the low-gluten flour, mix until smooth without lumps; set aside.

5 Place the whites in the refrigerator first. When ready to whip, add sugar in three parts, whipping until the peaks hold their shape.

6 Take a small portion of the whipped meringue and mix it with the yolk mixture using a folding method.

7 Mix the remaining batter into the meringue thoroughly.8 Pour half of the cake batter into the heart-shaped mold. 9 Spread mayonnaise evenly on the surface of the batter.

10 Sprinkle corn kernels and bacon pieces on top.11 Cover with the remaining batter, tap lightly to release air bubbles and level the surface. 12 Preheat the oven to 150 degrees Celsius for baking for 45 minutes.

Baking tips:

This recipe can make four three-star nest 4-inch heart-shaped molds.

The ingredients in the cheesecake can be changed according to personal preference, you could even add a bit of black pepper for more flavor.When baking, try not to open the oven door. After baking, let it sit inside the oven for 3 minutes before removing and tapping the mold to release steam. Allow it to cool completely before handling directly by hand to remove from the mold.
