8. Place the dough in two separate plastic bags, flatten them with a rolling pin, and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
(Do not rush while rolling)

9. After chilling, cut open one side of each plastic bag.

10. Quickly place the green and red dough pieces together on the counter.

11. Starting from the bottom, roll up the dough pieces.
(Note: Do not remove the other sides of the plastic bags to prevent sticking and make it easier to handle while rolling)

12. Wrap the rolled dough with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.

13. After chilling, cut into evenly thick cookies using a knife.

14.Preheat the oven to 180℃ for 10 minutes, place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 180℃ for 20 minutes.(Baking for about 15 minutes is enough, but personal preference may suggest a slightly longer time for better texture)
