Home-style Curry Fishball Udon Noodles


Trans-fatty acids in udon are zero and it contains a lot of high-quality carbohydrates. By using different condiments, soups, and seasonings, you can experience various flavors. Ingredients:
One portion of udon, some broccoli, 20g curry sauce, 200g coconut milk, fish balls as needed
Steps:
1. Boil water in a pot, add udon noodles and cook until done, then remove and set aside.

2. Boil the water again, add broccoli, blanch until cooked, then remove and set aside.

3. Heat a wok, add cooking oil, stir-fry curry sauce until melted, add water and coconut milk, bring to a boil, then add fish balls; cook until fish balls are done, transfer the soup and fish balls into the bowl with udon noodles.

4. Arrange blanched broccoli on top, sprinkle with chopped red bell pepper for decoration.
