Homemade Cinnamon Yogurt Apple Cake Recipe



Ingredients:Apples 1,Eggs 3, 35 grams of yellow sugar,Corn Olive oil 10 grams,Milk 40 grams, low-gluten flour 50 grams, cinnamon powder 1/4 teaspoon

1 Combine 15 grams of sugar with Egg yolks in a large bowl and stir evenly. Add oil and stir evenly. Pour in milk and stir evenly. Mix low-gluten flour and cinnamon powder, sift into the egg yolk mixture. Stir in an uneven direction. Wash apples, slice half of them with the skin on for use. Cut the remaining apples into small pieces and add to the egg yolk batter. Mix evenly and set aside.


2Egg whites are whipped to stiff peaks in three stages by adding the rest of the sugar. Whip until fully developed. Split half of the beaten eggs into the egg yolk mixture, mix well. Return to the remaining egg whites and mix thoroughly to form a uniform batter. Pour the batter into paper cups, filling about 7/8 full.3 Take the remaining half of the apples, remove the edges, and cut them into slices for placement on top of the batter.

Place inoven at middle rack, bake at 150 degrees Celsius for about 30 minutes. 4 Cool before serving. Soft and moist..
