1. Prepare
Ingredients You can also use thicker noodles. If you prefer, choose your favorite leafy vegetables.Ham cut into pieces or slices as per your preference. 2. Put the pork fat in a pot and melt it.3. Sauté the chopped until fragrant. 4. Add the ham and stir-fry for one minute.

5. Add an appropriate amount of water.6. Boil the water, then add the noodles and cook them until they are about 80% done. 7. Add the leafy vegetables and cook until they are soft.

8. Place dashi in a bowl.

10. Drain the noodles and add some of the soup to the bowl.
