Homemade Shitake Chicken Pizza Recipe

2. Italian-style pizza has a thin base, American-style pizza has a thick base; choose according to your preference.

3. The texture of the pizza base is better when kneaded to an extensible stage.

4. Fillings can be chosen based on personal preference, moisture-heavy vegetables should be sautéed first and drained.

5. Arrange meat first then vegetables, sprinkle mozzarella cheese after each layer.

6. The quantities are for three 8-inch pizzas; I used a nine sunshine air fryer and took one portion.

The remaining two portions can be frozen in the refrigerator for future use without preparing fillings again. The dough of a thick-crust pizza should be kneaded to an elastic stage for better texture.

3. The filling can be chosen based on personal preference; watery vegetables need to be stir-fried first and drained of excess moisture. Start by laying down the meat, then add the vegetables, and sprinkle some mozzarella cheese after each layer.

The quantities are for three 8-inch pizzas; I used a Nineya air fryer and took one portion out. The other two portions can be frozen in the refrigerator; next time, only prepare the filling.
