Homemade meat filling dumplings by hand

  Ingredients:Flour,Cabbage (washed and chopped)(previously washed and chopped)

Seasonings: salt,MSG

Makes: (1) Add 1.5 teaspoons of salt to the previously washed and chopped cabbage, squeeze it by hand, place it in a container with water, and let it sit for 30 minutes.

(2) Gradually add an appropriate amount of water to the flour to make a dough.

(3) Squeeze out the excess moisture from the marinated cabbage.

(4) Heat oil in a wok, add the squeezed cabbage and stir-fry it.

(5) Add an appropriate amount of MSG, stir until well combined, set aside.

(6) Dust some flour on a silicone mat, divide the dough into 6 parts, flatten each part with a rolling pin, place the fried cabbage inside, wrap it up, and slightly press it down.

(7) In an electric pancake pan, add oil, place the made pancakes and fry them until both sides are golden brown.
