Homemade method for making red bean toast



If you find plain toast lacking in flavor,try this hand-shaped filled toast. Mix and match with any filling you like. This time, I used homemade mung bean paste and mixed some cranberries. The texture is to my liking; not overly sweet, with a hint of cranberry's acidity.
Ingredients:
250 grams high-gluten flour,25 grams butter, 30 grams egg,3 grams yeast, 2 grams salt,50 grams sugar, 18 grams milk powder,
135 grams water, and
an appropriate amount of bean paste filling.
Steps:1. Prepare the ingredients. 2. Put the ingredients in the bread bucket.
3. Select the "knead" program; let the machine knead.
4. Knead until the gluten is developed, forming a smooth surface, then add softened butter.5. Continue kneading until fully developed, capable of stretching into thin films. 6. Shape the dough into a ball.

7. Select "fermentation" for basic fermentation.
8. Allow to rise until doubled in size.
9. Remove and roll out into a round sheet; sprinkle with bean paste filling.
10. Fold in half, wrapping around the filling, then repeatedly fold it over.

11. Cut evenly into three pieces.
12. Gently stretch each piece before braiding them together.
13. Braid the dough and place it back into the bread bucket.
14. Allow to rise again until doubled in size.

15. Select "bake."
16. Once baked, let cool before enjoying.
Tips:
1. The filling can be replaced with other fillings of your choice, such as
