Meringue making stage: Soak the gelatin in a small bowl of cool water, and let it sit for ten minutes. Use drinking water to soak it; do not use tap water.

Add another piece of ladyfingers, then pour in the remaining half of the cheese mousse, spreading it evenly. Now we will remove any air bubbles inside.
