2. Cool down the purple yam, then add egg and flour,

3. Then knead it into a smooth purple yam dough, let it rest for 20 minutes.

4. While letting the dough rest, prepare one portion of dumpling filling, I used Waterdropwort meat, simply mix well-seasoned meat with chopped waterdropwort!

5. After letting the dough rest again, knead it evenly, roll it into a long strip and cut into dumpling wrappers.

6. Then flatten each wrapper and make a dumpling by wrapping it around filling.
