Homemade Stir-Fried Lotus Root Pancake Recipe

Ingredients: 200 grams of aromatic yams,sticky rice flour 35 grams, 1 teaspoon of dried shrimp,mushrooms 1 tablespoon of meat filling, salt to taste, oil as needed.

Wash the dried shrimp and soak them in warm water. Chop finely, set aside. Clean and peel the yams. Shred into fine strips, add salt and oil, mix well. Add rice flour, mix evenly so that the yam shreds are coated with the flour. Add shrimp granules and meat filling, mix thoroughly.
