Homeemade Owl Cake Recipe

Makes:

  Low-gluten flour 80 grams, Sugar 60 grams, Butter 80 grams, black Chocolate 40 grams, white chocolate, Milk 80 grams, Egg 1 piece, 5 grams of cocoa powder Steps:

1 Soften the butter at room temperature, add black chocolate and melt it over water bath, stir continuously until well combined.
