Beef from the leg part., Tangy Sichuan pepper juice , Slices of ginger , Salt, cooking wine
Seasoning mix:Soysauce,Tangy Sichuan pepper oil, sesame oil, salt, monosodium glutamate,Chinese chives,Red chili peppers 1|Grind the beef from the leg part into a fine paste.
2|Add tangy Sichuan pepper juice, ginger slices, salt, and cooking wine; marinate for one hour.

3|Sauté the marinated beef paste in a dry wok.

4|Cook over medium-low heat, stirring frequently.

5|Remove the ginger slices once it's cooked through.

6|Let it cool and store in an airtight container.

7|In a bowl, mix seasonings: soysauce, salt, tangy Sichuan pepper oil, sesame oil, and monosodium glutamate.

8|Cook the noodles in boiling water until al dente.

9|Drain the cooked noodles and mix them with the seasoning quickly.

10|Add Chinese chives
