Steps for making tomato and egg noodle soup:
Prepare the ingredients

Wash the Chinese cabbage and tomatoes, and chop them.

Boil water in a pot and put the noodles in to blanch them.

Then remove them and place them in a bowl.

Heat oil in a wok, add tomatoes and a little salt, stir-fry for a few seconds.

Add two eggs

Stir gently over low heat for a few seconds
