Ingredients:
Eggs 6 pieces, Quinoa Rice cake powder 180 grams, Sugar 110 grams,Butter 80 grams,Lemon juice a little bit, Salt a little bit.
Surface decoration:Blueberry jam appropriate amount, Sugar pearls appropriate amount.
Steps:
. Quinoa rice cake powder sifted;

. Eggs put in the bowl, add some salt and lemon juice;

. Beat the egg liquid in three stages with sugar until patterns do not disappear;

. Add melted butter, cut and mix to form a smooth batter;
