Invert a plate over the small bowl, hold down the plate to flip the small bowl upside down, gently tap the bottom of the small bowl, allowing the sweet potato puree to pour into the plate, then remove the small bowl. 6. Pour the yogurt on top of the sweet potato puree and sprinkle with crushed nuts.
