Ingredients: 290 grams high-gluten flour, 140 grams whole milk,

one egg (about 60 grams), 5 grams yeast, 3 grams salt, 26 grams granulated sugar,26 grams olive oil. Process:1. Before using the bread machine, download and install "Ali XiaoZhi" on your phone; you can add devices directly by following prompts step-by-step. 2. Launch the cloud recipe book and choose European milk bread; follow the steps and ingredient list to prepare materials accordingly.3. All ingredients should be placed in the bread machine bucket, with liquids first, followed by yeast, then flour, and finally salt. 4. Place the filled bucket back into the machine, press "one-touch start" on your phone; the machine will start working for 3 hours and 40 minutes by default.

5. When finished, you can remove the bread bucket (be careful, it's hot!).

6. Take out the bread from the bucket (wearing gloves), invert to release the loaf, let cool before slicing.

7. Prepare ingredients for a sandwich filling; one cucumber, mayonnaise, and canned tuna,
