Steps to make cream puffs:
Prepare the ingredients

Melt butter or corn oil with milk, sugar, and salt in a pot

Turn off the heat when it starts boiling

Quickly add low-flour and mix well. Do not sift the flour if you do not want to.

Continue heating on low while stirring until a film forms at the bottom of the pan and the dough becomes smooth.

Remove from heat, cool slightly until it is not too hot, then gradually add egg liquid in four portions, ensuring each portion is well mixed before adding more.

The batter should form an inverted triangle when lifted. It shouldn't be too thin or too thick, just enough to hold its shape on the baking tray.

Pipe the mixture into 4 cm spheres with space between them for easy expansion during baking. Bake at middle layer, 210°C until formed and then reduce temperature to 180°C for another 20 minutes until golden brown.

Place whipped cream and sugar in a bowl

Whip the cream with an electric mixer until it has a streaky texture

After cooling, make a small hole at the bottom or cut open each puff without splitting it completely

Pipe the whipped cream into the puffs
